to lose the tail : get away then stop and wait them : shoot two tires

In general if the cops are behind you with wanted bar:
go to the nearest metro station, get on the dock of metro station, if the
cops follow you, get on the tracks then by pressing the jump key, go in
the dock in front they can't follow you! they go on the tracks but they
can't jump on the dock! Take the metro and stay in until the wanted bar
desappear! Then steal a new car and resume your mission.

Easy money:
Bet a negative number at the casino to gain money every
time you lose.

Kill the men in the all black suits with the black hat
(gangsters) to earn $500 each.

Go into the country and speed in a fast car.

Win the race:
Drive up to the first checkpoint and slow down. Behind the
boulders is a short patch of sand where you can drive onto
the closed road. This of course is the "wrong way" and if
you plan to go through it, you will be faster but not complete
the lap. You will not win unless you do the following.
Drive up to the end of the road, just past the "Dunniel"
(or something similar) sign, where you get your checkpoint
information and select "Replace Car" (default is [Keypad 0]).
The goal is now just a few inches away. You must to do this
five times. By doing so, you can finish the race in a little
less than six minutes. Note: Make sure you do not crash on the
closed road as the "Replace Car" might not work there, or will
place you back to the first checkpoint.

Cheat:
Type "Mademan" in the console, you will get
unlimited health.

Hint:
Easy way to mow down Speedy Gonzalez-Steal a car and drive to the corner
a block west of where he is. Line him up on the sidewalk and floor it.
The dumbass will run right into you.

Hint:

In the race, wich is a pain in the as. There is on way to make the pain go away. If you turn on to the closed way and continue on it until you come back to the track, you will se a sign on the left. Push replace car just after you that sign an you will be replaced at the finish line. You can't lose.

Unlock Free Ride Extreme mode:

To unlock the Free Ride Extreme you have to finish all missions. The Extreme mode allows you to get extra fancy cars (like the super fast taxi). Also there are no cops in this mode.

Hitting the tentacles does not do anything. Instead, if playing in single player mode, use Donatello and single (or double) jump directly up to the Spasmasaur's head and hit it. The Spasmasaur will turn red. Run and lure it into the closest wall. Repeat this until it is defeated.
If playing in multi-player mode, have Donatello approach Spasmasaur and have everyone else stay as far away as possible. Then, and jump attack the Spamasaur's head, lure it into the wall, and repeat.

签订好租房合同后，还要到税务局去买印花税，按年租金的千分之一的税率购买，例如你的每年房租是1万元，那就要买10元钱的印花税，贴在房租合同的首页，

3.编写“公司章程”：

4.刻私章：

8.注册公司：

Token collection:

While swinging through the city you might hear a chime.
This indicates that you are close to a token.

Defeating Venom:

Before this battle, go to the upgrade menu and make sure you have the melee attack volley. Then, fight. Depending on your health level, you may or may not want to use the power up. At the moment, you can easily jump over Venom, confuse him, and chip away at his health. Keep doing this until his black suit begins to "glow". Now when you jump over him he will run away. This is a good opportunity to use your new attack and chip at him, occasionally giving some hits. Keep hitting him until his "glow" gets bigger and eventually Harry will tell you to knock Venom into the air.
He'll fall back to the ground same as before, easily confused. Repeat this cycle until his health is really low and you can finish him off.

Easy kills:

To easily defeat enemies jump then keep tapping both [Attack] keys.

Rival gang reward:

Choose any of the gang patrol missions (Apocalypse, Dragon Tails, H-Bombers, Waste Tribe) and defeat all of their marked territories that match their logos to earn 3 experience points.

Random gang:

When you go to a crime area controlled by the police, you will be assigned a task involving a random gang. On completion of the tasks the effectiveness of the police will be increased (as seen by the rings around the police symbol on the map). The more rings you have, the harder it is for gangs to take control of police-controlled areas and the more likely it is for the police to take over gang controlled areas.

Completion bonuses:

Successfully complete the game as Spider-Man to unlock Symbiote Spider-Man's story mode.
Collect all 50 Black Spider Tokens to get the black Spider-Man suit to wear whenever desired for as long as you want.
Collect 100 Meteorite Pieces to play as Venom.

Defeating Shriek:

In your final encounter with Shriek, she temporarily takes away your Black suit, and figures from your imagination attack you (your loved ones). You can kill them with one hit, but it is pointless. Wait until the Black suit recharges, then switch over, revealing your true enemies. Attack Shriek until she changes you back to the old Spider-Man. Repeat the previous steps and she will collapse.

Defeating Michael Morbius and Shriek:

Wait until Michael is about to rush you, then open the window. He will be temporarily weakened. Beat him up. Shriek will heal him, losing some of her health. Repeat this until he dies, and she flees the scene.

Defeating Sandman:

In your first encounter with Sandman, do not try to attack him, just stay close to him. Counter-attack him several times on different levels to finally battle him. Unfortunately, you must use the Black suit to damage him. Just hit him around until you are prompted to give him a bath. Keep doing this cycle until you defeat him.

Kosteyer Grenade Launcher Attachment :

Find a grenade launcher attachment for the AKM 74/2 in the Dark Valley's secret lab.
It is on the first level of the lab, in one of the many, many lockers in the locker room.

M203 Grenade Launcher Attachment:

Find this grenade launcher attachment early and easy in the Rostok Wilderness. Right after you go past the building with the four snipers, there will be a sniper in a tower on your right and a garage building where a truck crashed into it on your left.
Explore the garage building and you will find a stash box past some scorcher anomalies with the launcher and ammunition.

Ammo and Armor:

Up the road outside the village where the Trader is a Box Car with two crates in it.
Inside the crates is some ammo and another armor suit.

Barrels of Fun:

If you shoot an NPC in the game, he and his faction will open fire on you. However, you can use the red explosive barrels to kill them and it will not count as a "source of damage" against your character.
You can try this against some of the Freedom NPCs in the Army Warehouses who are standing next to what amounts to a giant bomb that only needs your gunfire to detonate.
In fact, if you have the patience to locate red explosive barrels in pacified areas, you can use this exploit to bag a lot of items and loot.

Make the Dead More Useful Than Radioactive Fertilizer:

Normally, you can only carry 50 kliograms of weight, which pretty much you can lug around several hundred rounds of ammunition, the weapons that fire the ammo, armor, grenades, etc.
However, you should notice you can load all of those items on a human dead body (not animals or mutants), and simply use the SHIFT + USE function to drag the corpse along with you. This way, you can load a corpse with any number of items and move them from
one location to another.
Since you cannot attack while dragging a corpse, you may only want to use this "one slow trip" when in a situation that has left very few enemies on the map.
Additionally, you cannot take a dead body from one place to another (meaning all this must take place on the same map). Items on dead bodies also randomize once you switch maps, so never leave items you want to keep on a dead body, or you lose them forever when you go to another place.

Patarimas: Auto Shotgun

If you use a machine gun, hold [Shoot] and switch weapons.
You will now have a machine shotgun. This is useful when
you are in trouble.

When you got no more ammunition for the shotgun, reload (R) then press [Esc]. Your character will still be reloading the gun while the zombies are paused. Press [Esc] to resume the game when he is done reloading.
